For the City of Philadelphia‘s Office of Innovation and Technology, I helped design and administer a series of usability tests to determine the overall functionality of the official city website, Phila.gov.
I worked with a small team to develop a testing strategy that focused on testing for accessibility and interactions with assistive technology. We also partnered with City departments and local advocacy organizations to put together an intentional, respectful recruitment strategy. At the end of the project, we put together a playbook of our findings.

For Spotify, I was the sole user researcher in the podcast creator vertical (then called Podcaster.) I led research initiatives around podcast ideation, creation, and monetization.
